**Sync Tech** is seeking a **Supply Chain Implementation Consultant** for its Belgian client, **OMP**, a global leader in digitized supply chain planning. This company provides solutions to help businesses tackle complex planning challenges with efficiency and sustainability. Their software integrates advanced intelligence for rapid, informed decision-making across supply networks, serving industries like consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, and packaging.

**Role Overview**:
As a supply chain consultant, you equip customers with supply chain planning solutions. You analyze planning challenges, assist in the solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth “go-live”. Customers rely on your support throughout the entire project life cycle. In this role, you will primarily work with US-based clients and collaborate closely with US project teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Find innovative planning solutions in collaboration with solution architects
- Implement solutions from start to finish with customer project teams
- Provide expertise during and after implementation
- Train customers to maximize solution potential
- Document implemented solutions with technical and functional notes
- Collaborate effectively with **US clients and project teams** to meet objectives
- Travel to customer sites up to 20% of your working time

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills, preferably completed with a Master’s degree with a specialization in Production Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
- Basic programming skills (SQL, JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, PHP)
- Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn new software
- Flexibility to travel
- **Fluent English**:

- Passion for multinational, customer-driven environments
- Team player with friendly and open attitude

**Compensation & Benefits**:
