This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

In this role, you will be responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable master production schedule. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time-phased production plan. You will also demonstrate your expertise by establishing key performance indicators to measure master schedule accuracy.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Line in Nogales

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with functional managers to maintain accurate forecasts through timely feedback.
- Prepare master schedule reports that reflect performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.
- Identify current demand levels and develop tactical production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Schedule supply based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree completed (required)
