WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The PS Representative is responsible to deliver essential HR services to employees & managers, administer HR programs & execute core HR transactions.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Main contact to all Mexican employees, to be able to answer questions regarding HRD topics as payroll, benefits, compensation, talent operations etc.

Monitor and update status in electronic forms database and enter data into the HR system in a timely and accurate manner utilizing HR Case Management System.

Analyze each employment change prior to entry and ensure it will not adversely affect the employee's payroll, benefits, or taxes. Data entry may include but is not limited to, employee status changes, terminations, internal hires, reorganizations, and use of correction mode as needed.

Provide back up support for other team members as needed.

Support of local Benefits and Leaves Programs; Document Management; Support of local payroll process.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll be the frontline point person for the all Nike Mexico employees and report to the MGR, People Solutions Consultant, Mexico. On the daily you will be supporting a large, diverse team of Nike people like compensation, payroll, benefits, mobility, and Data Management, as well you will be in contact outside vendors. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own.
