We are looking for a strong communicator and team player who enjoys working in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities, and solving problems collaboratively.

This is position with occasional travel across the U.S., Mexico, Central, and South America (10-35%).

**About the Role**:
As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving adoption, utilization, and user proficiency for our new internal ERP solution. You will ensure that change initiatives are successfully implemented and embraced across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Change Management Execution
- Develop and deliver targeted change management plans for specific regions, workstreams, or stakeholder groups.
- Identify local change risks and issues, escalating them as needed.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and maintain stakeholder maps.
- Design and implement communication, training, and engagement activities using Prosci methodologies.
- Gather feedback and support user readiness assessments, integrating insights into the overall program.
- Facilitate sponsor engagement and champion networks locally.
- Track and report adoption metrics such as speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all change-related activities.

**Collaboration, Workshops & Meeting Support**
- Prepare and co-facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and project meetings.
- Create materials, record outcomes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in project practices.

**Other Tasks**
- Support additional activities related to change management and team collaboration, as assigned.

**Requirements & Skills**:
Change Management Expertise
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of adoption metrics (speed, utilization, proficiency) is a plus.

**Facilitation Skills**
- Strong experience designing and leading engaging workshops and meetings.
- Skilled in using interactive techniques to foster alignment and collaboration.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
