Our Cloud Support team provides technical support to our customers across the globe. The Cloud Support Associate Internship is a training program for the Cloud Support Associate role. Key job responsibilities
Gaining experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, load balancers, and S3 storage solutions
- Collaborating with AWS engineers and fellow peers in a virtual classroom to learn about AWS services and practice troubleshooting techniques

- Experience with at least one functional scripting language (e.g., Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting)
