- **Continuous Improvement**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in industrial electronics engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for circuit design (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, ISO).
