**Generic**:

- Ensure the deployment of the Zero-defect mind set throughout all manufacturing process team members
- Achieve and maintain quality objectives & improvements (External & Internal).
- Ensure the accomplishment of IATF16949 / I SO14001 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
- Ensure that the controls and local/corporative procedures established in the quality system are executed in the production areas according to what is established.
- Ensure 5S’s requirements adherence within the area.
- Ensure the team members adherence to the safety rules and assure that the Lines/ Cells are free of unsafe conditions.
- Ensure and promote the Safety & Ergonomic objectives accomplishment within the area.
- Supporting the process improvements strategy (OPEX &MPQA).
- Developing presentations (ppt) for the Area performance indicators and develop action plans for no compliance indicators.
- Participating in the Daily Start-up/Accountability meeting.
- Ensuring the new products production process are according to the mfg. Standard

**Specific**:

- Keep and maintain the quality numbers of the respective areas assigned.
- Verify and Ensuring the correct implementation of the Engineering Changes (ECN’s) in the Lines/Cells.
- Participating in all new models builds phases of the products to be launched on their responsible lines
- Manage the Quality labour resources in order to meet the labour targets.
- Responsible for monitoring corrective actions derived from external quality problems.
- Generation and control of External/Internal Quality alerts
- Suspect product segregation and QUAS failures documentation and follow-up to validate the documentation of action plans
- Ensure Management team, internal/external/incoming quality team as required in the PIP'S review/approval process (Internal Process deviations).
- For TC'S approbations not only, Internal Quality will be approved.
- Review the payroll incidents
