We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst that can review and present our data to highlight trends and patterns and match them against KPIs. This position will work with multiple departments, ensuring that data is captured accurately and consistently, to provide leadership with a clear view of prominent business indicators. Reporting to COO, your knowledge and experience in business intelligence will enable you to be an independent worker that takes ownership of our data and the KPI dashboards. A typical day for this position involves diving deep into our large data sets and using different data manipulation languages to create a large data repository. You will be responsible for investigating and responding to data queries and able to produce ad hoc reports in a timely manner. Maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics will be of utmost importance. You’ll know you were successful if: - Key datasets are accurately and consistently maintained in a data warehouse that can be counted on to provide complex data and metrics - You understand our broad range of data resources and can leverage them to provide accurate and stable business intelligence reports - You can provide leadership key visual resources that provide clarity on business trends and patterns

- High level of experience and Power BI - Degree BI or equivalent
