We seek a **Tech Director Expert-Level**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Engage in **pre-sales activities**, including client presentations, technical proposals, and solution design.
- Review, design, and validate **cloud architectures (Azure)**, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, identify opportunities, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Partner with business development teams to support client acquisition and growth.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Proven track record in **technical leadership**, including building and managing engineering teams
- **10+ years of experience in software engineering**with previous expertise in **.NET or Java**.
- **5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services**(architecture, migration, and deployment).
- Strong background in **solution architecture**and **cloud strategy design**.
- Experience with highly distributed global development teams
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Experience in software development and delivery.
- Knowledge of data analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Familiarity with cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
