**TECHNICAL MARKETING SPECIALIST - NLA**

**Job Overview**:
Responsible for the technical support to global and regional customers, marketing, and sales from the Lubrizol Performance Coatings Group in North Latin America. Focused in new projects approval, coordinating whole process of technical approval, from sample sent up to industrial trial approval. Focus on Paints additives, like waxes, pigment dispersants, rheology modifiers and also in water base emulsions polymers and binders.

**Accountabilities**:

- Understand how the standards of Ethics and Legal conduct are related to my work. Help other employees to observe the philosophy of these rules, raising possible situations, issues or concerns to the appropriate people if a situation is observed.
- Technical Management of Performance Coatings Group for Mexico, Central America, Caribean, Colombia, Peru, and Equator.
- Provide support to Distributor / Dealer Accounts in major projects that they hold and also provide technical training to their sales and technical team.
- Assist the Sales Team in attracting new customers.
- Identify new market needs.
- Adapt existing needs of products to the market.
- Identify possible satisfaction gaps and problems with existing customers to solve them.
- Support the development of new products to market according to local trends.
- Disseminate results and activities.
- Open and supply relevant information for lab projects to support the business.

**Education / Skills**
- Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Technical experience in Inks, Paints and Coatings.
- Previous experience in the field: 4-7 to years in the coatings industry.
- Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required)
- SAP knowledge (desired)
- Advance level English language skills (required) Portuguese (desired)
- Results-focused

- Good teamworking skills
- Communication skills
