**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with developers to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring modularity and version control
- Deploy and optimize AWS resources, including EC2, SNS, and RDS, with a focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
- Oversee Kubernetes clusters on EKS, ensuring high availability, resource management, and adherence to security standards
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like Jenkins, Codefresh, and GitHub Actions
- Create and manage Docker images, following best practices to ensure performance and security compliance
- Enhance system monitoring and logging by adding metrics and alerts in tools like Grafana, Chronosphere, and CloudWatch
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, Kubernetes, or pipelines in collaboration with the team
- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously evaluate and refine DevOps tools, processes, and infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability
- Provide on-call support to ensure system reliability, promptly addressing incidents and resolving issues
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in cloud-based architecture, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Expertise in observability tools like Grafana or Chronosphere for system monitoring and alerting
- Passion for CI/CD systems, with experience using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity
- Skilled in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing systems that integrate with both legacy and modern technologies
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows for efficient collaboration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams effectively
- Proven experience working in distributed teams with a focus on remote collaboration
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Argo CD for GitOps-based deployments
- Proficiency with Codefresh for CI/CD pipelines and workflows
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions for automating build and deployment processes
- Knowledge of Helm for managing Kubernetes package configurations
- Hands-on experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes cluster scaling
- Experience working with TeamCity for build automation and continuous integration
