We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Abogado Coordinador**

El abogado coordinador tiene como principal función, el asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma, de los diversos requerimientos que se formulan a HSBC y sus filiales, por parte de CNBV (autoridades fiscales, judiciales y administrativas, locales y federales a nível nacional), con el objeto de evitar sanciones económicas para la Institución, o personales para sus funcionarios, así como reputacionales. Además, está encargado vigilar la correcta recepción y asignación de todos los documentos legales emitidos por dichas autoridades, que se notifican a HSBC y sus filiales mediante el SITI y que son asignados a los Despachos Externos para su atención.

**Funciones Principales**:

- Atención a las autoridades con el fin de brindar una orientación y/o comunicación sobre el estatus de respuestas de los oficios emitidos para su atención.
- Coordinar a los proveedores externos para la adecuada atención de los requerimientos recibidos por parte de las diversas Autoridades a nível nacional.
- Revisión, Análisis e interpretación de los oficios emitidos por las autoridades, para su correcta atención.
- Coordinación y presentación de documentación original para peritajes locales y/o en cualquier parte de la república.
- Coordinación de disposiciones de recursos para entrega a la autoridad en cualquier estado de la república.
- Supervisar y coordinar respuestas de despachos externos en representación de HSBC.
- Coordinar la atención en tiempo y forma los oficios de requerimientos de información que solicite la CNBV a través del sistema SITI para evitar multas que afecten al Grupo en los ámbitos legal y reputacional.
- Atención de diligencias.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciado en Derecho o Egresado con Carta de Pasante.
- Conocimiento general de litigio civil, laboral, penal y administrativo.
- Experiência en área legal mínima de 1 año.
- Conocimiento de lenguaje bancario legal.
- Conocimiento de autoridades y reguladores financieros
- Excelente redacción y ortografía.
- Excelente presentación
- Organizado
- Manejo de paquetería Office
- Conocimiento de sistemas institucionales
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Asertividad en la toma de decisiones.
- No antecedentes Penales o Litigios en curso.
- Actitud de servicio.
- Conocimiento de políticas de manejo de información restringida.
