We are looking for a **Technical Standards Manager** Responsible for the selection, acquisition, organization, accessibility, and preservation of the required technical standards, issued by key Standard Development Organizations such as ASME, SAE, ASTM, ISO, etc. that a company requires. The Technical Standards and Regulations Manager oversees all aspects of managing the library or collection and acts as a coordinator between multiple businesses and organizations to ensure alignment and full operability of systems to provide access to copyrighted documentation through several online solutions. **Requirements**: - BS Degree in Engineering - Excellent English Ready and writing - Knowledge of Standards Organizations such as ASME, SAE, ASTM, ISO. - Will be a remote position. - Minimum 8 years working in engineering and or operations. - English Advanced. Activities: - Responsible for cataloguing and maintaining accurate records of the managed collections. - Planning and coordinating the technical work and managing technical standards projects. - Works closely with business stakeholders and end users. - Monitors collection budgets and expenditures and is largely responsible for maintaining relationships with all vendors associated with the digital library. - Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. - Maintains tracking system and records in the online document control system. - Supports requests for documentation and updates. - Communicate library content, and any changes to all account teams to ensure contract changes are made as appropriate. - Maintain database of requirements in the appropriate systems of record.
