**Position Mission**: Plan, organize, direct and control the integral processes of the technical area in the Natural Gas Distribution business unit in order to ensure efficient operation and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as well as integral in the natural gas distribution network and in the attention of calls issued by the emergency center, in order to preserve the continuity of the service guaranteeing physical and patrimonial security in the operation and interested parties, in the same way in the implementation of profitable development projects, coordinating from the preparation of projects until the completion of the works..

**Your Impact**: As OPERATIONS AND MAINTAINANCE MANAGER, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Coordinate the chiefs to carry out, implement and control the preventive, corrective and specialized maintenance program of the network

Define controls and monitor the progress of the work plan, ensuring compliance with current regulations

3

Implement the technical procedures that support the operation as well as the applicable regulations for the care of emergencies or contingencies

4

Improve or innovate the network to increase its efficiency, maintaining the standards required by regulations

5

Control and optimization of resources (Budget) OPEX/CAPEX

ensure regulatory compliance, CRE, ASEA, CENAGAS, or another

ensure the efficient implementation and use of SAP-PM

monitor and ensure the start-up of new development and operation projects

ensure the integrity of their dependents and contractors so that they work in accordance with company security policies

Maintain availability of the equipment and resources under its charge for the proper development of the functions

generate added value in customer needs through efficient service

**Requirements**: To join our team as OPERATIONS AND MAINTAINANCE MANAGER, we are looking for:

- **Education and Experience**: Degree in Engineering or related
- **Technical Skills**: Finances skills Management skill Office/ SAP/ Local Systems/AUTOCAD natural gas process control projects and construction of gas networks operational programs Natural Gas normativity.
- **Key Competencies**: Leadership, problem analysis, planning and organization, collaborator development, teamwork, communication, proactive
- **Languages**: Advanced English
