Ai/ml Engineer

Must-Have
- Strong experience building and deploying ML models.
- Experience with monitoring, and MLOps in production.
- Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Capable of converting RCA insights into intelligent recommender systems.
- Exposure to auto-triage and ticket routing systems using AI.
- Experience building ML models for classification, recommendation, or predictive analytics.
- Exposure to AI-driven ticket routing and classification systems.
- Exposure to self-healing systems in SRE or DevOps context.

Good-to-Have
- Experience with AppDynamics or Google Analytics for pattern mining and predictive insights.
- Understanding of CI/CD integration for ML pipelines.
- Experience with tools like Azure Machine Learning.
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience working in a Travel/Tourism industry

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Design and develop scalable ML models for incident prediction and resolution recommender systems.
- Operationalize ML solutions with automated retraining and monitoring.
- Integrate ML outputs into observability dashboards, incident tracking systems.
- Build ML models for classification, recommendation, or predictive analytics and log analyzers.
- Work closely with analytics and data teams to build and monitor KPIs.
- Automate test data creation for ML training/validation environments.
- Integrate AI tools into ticket classification, escalation, and self-healing.
- Exposure to self-healing or auto-remediation systems using ML.
