The SR. Specialist, Branch/Business Results - will be responsible of:
- Monitors and analyzes Sales Center/Branch/Region/Segment performance using key objectives and key sales delivery performance indicators (diagnostics).
- Administers compensation plans, performs expense management and Account Management / SAART processes, as well as other administrative functions.
- May analyze results, presentations and recommendations for Sales and Finance Management. Typically uses spreadsheets, systems or dedicated computer databases to track and measure key performance measurements.
- Gathers critical data to create reports used in planning, performance and customer experience analysis. Develops key reports used by line level management up through Sr Leadership.
- Strong Mobility knowledge.
- Advanced English skills (Written and oral)
- Reporting and analytics.
- System and tooling aptitude.
- Strong aptitude in critical thinking and attention to detail while being able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to communicate effectively on calls and through written communication.
