We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Market PLace team to build solutions to help Sellers scale their business on Amazon. The role will develop and drive programs that will have a direct impact on the Sellers' and customers' experience.
The Program Manager will own program plans, optimizing stakeholder communication, and coordinating critical operational process and compliance impacts to our organization. This role will also have responsibility for aligning the programs and roadmaps, and collaborating with business and development teams across the company to manage the end to end delivery.
Key job responsibilities
**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop new programs/solutions and create roadmaps, lead multiple high profile meetings to align project requirements and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, business groups, product managers, operations associates and tech leads.
- Interact with multiple teams to identify gaps in selling partners abilities and determine services to be offered through third-party service providers
- Define service scope, find and develop partners
- Launch new services/partners and drive adoption by selling partners
- Support coordinating marketing content, experience, and strategy for generating awareness
- Track and report KPIs for all services
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
