**Perfil**:

- Agente Bilingüe Call center.
- Inglés Avanzado conversacional (indispensable)
- Manejo de PC, office o base de datos
- Preparatoria terminada, con comprobante o certificado de Bachillerato ó equivalente High School Diploma.
- Experiência mínima 6 meses en call center o actividades Customer service.
- (La experiência deberá ser Comprobable, con cartas recomendación o semanas cotizadas)

**Esta posición de customer service bilingüe te ofrece**:

- Salario Base**:MXN $14,000 Brutos (antes de impuestos correspondiente a tabulador pago por Hora de $83.00 MXN**:

- Lugar de trabajo: Tecno Parque CDMX, Alcaldia Azcapotzalco

**Actividad: Presencial,** Total disponibilidad de trabajar en sitio) Jornada Lunes a domingo con 2 descansos entre semana de 10:00 am a 22:00 pm.
- (En este intervalo de horas solo se cubren 8 hrs de trabajo)
- Programa de capacitación: En Sitio

**Prestaciones**:

- Prestaciones De ley
- Seguro de vida y seguro de gastos médicos (al día 90)
- Capacitación pagada al 100% desde el primer día
- Contrato directo (No outsourcing)
- Ventana de Servicio 10:00 am a 10:00 pm (dentro de esa ventana se asigna horario laboral, cubriendo solo 8 hrs al dia y una hora de comida)
- Jornada laboral de 5 días laborales y 2 días de descanso Domingo y lunes.
- Horario de 10:00 am a 22:00 pm hrs (cubriendo solo 8 hrs laborales y una de descanso).
