**Opportunity**

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the point of reference for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Operate without need for technical supervision.

Consult closely with all levels of production, engineering, NPD, purchasing, and marketing providing clear information where necessary. Use relationships to maintain a network to support Project deliverables.

Present project status and escalations to multiple levels of operations leadership including Managers/Directors/VP.

**Skills/Requirements**

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

B.S. degree from an engineering discipline (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Project or Program Management role.
Additional experience in other Manufacturing departments such as Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain is desired.
Strong management of Agile techniques would be preferable.

Knowledge and experience of multiple manufacturing processes, including but not limited to, assembly, casting, forging, injection molding, stamping and/or finishing.
Must be able to independently manage multiple projects of a complex nature that are in various stages of development.
Experience of communicating information at all levels across various functions written & verbally, concisely, and accurately.
A tenacious, enthusiastic, results driven individual with excellent time management skills.
A confident user of Microsoft office, Smart sheet, Project & SAP
Must be structured and organized, with an ability to work on their own, within a team, and lead a small team when required. Management experience would be beneficial.
Trained to use DFMA, PFMEA and MFMEA techniques and software.
Must be skilled in conflict resolution.
Must be able to travel up to 20%
