**Job Description**:
Complejidad: Debe mostrar en su perfil las siguientes competencias: Disciplina y Cumplimiento, Análisis de Problema.

Supervisión: mediana supervisión directa sigue las instrucciones de trabajo cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos de,

calidad, EHS, 5S y cumplimiento de objetivos por jornada de trabajo. Debe mostrar respeto por las personas.

Conocimiento / Habilidad: carrera técnica en mantenimiento industrial, técnico electromecánico, eléctrico y Mecatrónica.
- Ejecutar y cumplir el programa de mantenimiento y soporte de lineas, cumpliendo con los procesos estandarizados que permiten operar de

manera efectiva y segura
- Cumplimiento de los indicadores y tareas asignadas por sujefe directo, cierre de ordenes, reportes, soporte a diferentes proyectos.
- Entrega de turno correcta mediante correo.
- Ejecución de las acciones correctivas inmediatas derivadas de los hallazgos encontrados en las auditorias
- Solicitud a su jefe directo de refacciones requeridas para tener dispnibles los equipos.
- Retroalimentación a planes de mantenimiento preventivos de acuerdo a las necesidades encontradas.
- Realizar el RCA de mantenimiento para fallas criticas.
- Debe realizar mejoras estas deben estar enfocdas a subir la productividad, calidad y seguridad.
- Debe realizar el cierre de DWT durante su turno.
- Debe demostrar disponibilidad al cambio y adaptarse a las estrategias de trabajo y situaciones.

Ámbito: Recibe asignaciones en forma de objetivos con metas y el proceso por el cual cumplirlas.

Interacción: frecuentemente interactúa con compañeros y clientes para intercambiar información.
- Más las que el supervisor inmediato (s) consideren pertinentes.
- Cumplir con las normas y estándares ambientales, de seguridad, salud ocupacional y calidad, así como con los procedimientos de RA MMC y buenas prácticas, encaminadas a la conservación del Medio Ambiente, prevención de Accidentes, al cuidado de la Salud de nuestro personal y Calidad de nuestros productos.
