**Activities**:
1.Formulating daily operation report based on individual operation.

2.Monitoring the fulfillment of key indicators in each proedures based on Area/Region, reporting the abnormal date and formulating the solutions.

3.Monitoring the status of optimization implement.

**Requirements**:
1. English can be used as the daily work communication.

2. Strong sense of reprehensibility and execution ability.

3.Proficient in using Excel(v lookup, pivot as the basic skill) ), PowerPoint and other software.

4.Having basic data processing and analysis capabilities.
