Our Data Analysts aren’t kept in the background, doomed to never see the impact of their work. They’re some of our best and brightest problem solvers, deployed to the front-lines to work in our Finance Team and deliver rock star solutions.
We’re looking for a superstar Data Analyst who doesn't believe there's a data task that can be too hard. From digging into our complex databases, looking for the root cause of a problem to designing their own solutions and writing their own code to implement them. In this process, they never stop learning, picking up new skills, and delivering value.

**What you'll be doing**
- Analysing business processes through data to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and Tax teams using data-driven insights
- Creating, implementing, and improving cross-team processes from a Financial Control perspective
- Automating journal entries and month-end close reconciliations
- Developing documentation and ensuring data governance
- Managing and monitoring the full ETL process
- Maintaining Finance Control dashboards and tools
- Designing key metrics to measure various aspects of the business
- Creating aggregated views and tables to simplify data analysis
- Delivering clean datasets and modelling data to enable self-service insights
**What you'll need**
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions
- A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, or engineering
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages
- Excellent knowledge of mathematics and statistics
**Nice to have**
- Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
- Olympiad-level awards in physics, maths, economics, or programming
