**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze and configure Oracle Transportation Management to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Perform triage on day-to-day OTM system issues, providing timely resolution for complex challenges, and supporting enhancement requests through JIRA.
Demonstrate expertise in OTM core modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Visibility, Contracts and Rates Management along with agents and workflows, User configuration, integrations, operational planning, financials, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for transportation optimization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
Debug log files, configure custom events and reports, and utilize business intelligence (BI) tools to support decision-making processes.
Utilize ticketing tools to manage support processes and ensure efficient issue resolution.
Stay updated on OTM features and best practices to continuously improve the system's capability and performance.
Provide training and support to end-users on OTM functionalities to ensure effective utilization of OTM and integrated
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery and service quality standards.

**Required Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with Oracle Transportation Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of transportation logistics processes and systems.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with other Transportation management and ERP systems.
