**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports Procurement Managers with data collection and analysis related to vendor marketplace, market rates, service levels, global support model.
- Supports assigned procurement activities such as identifying requirements for software buy/renewal, PR/POs management related to procurement, contract and vendor database administration and review of contract terms.
- Lead and supports data analysis for cost optimization to support negotiation strategies and compare vendor bids.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders, Finance and Legal as part of procurement process.Help identify process improvements and lead initiatives for change.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Job Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably Direct materials

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- E-Sourcing experience, specifically with reverse auctions.
- Strong analytical skills and expert user at Microsoft Excel.
- A strong business acumen
- Ability to work within a matrix management environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Process improvement skills
- Project Management Skills - Ability to organize and schedule people and tasks
- Highly organized and can multi-task

**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- BA or BS, Technology or Business is preferred.
