**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies, procedures and practices.
**Overall Responsibilities**:
- Serving as a point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recruitment of staff including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, creating offer letters, and onboarding new staff.
- On-boarding and termination coordination.
- Monitoring staff for compliance of wage/hour labor laws.
- Management of employee HRIS system.
- Benefits coordination including periodic coordination with insurance and benefit vendors for renewals, open enrollment, etc.
- Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conducts HR training with staff including Managers/Supervisors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- **Bi-lingual in Engish REQUIRED**:
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and Windows OS
- Epicor experience preferred
- WebEx & WebEx Teams experience preferred
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
**Education & Training/Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
