**Key Responsibilities**
- **SEO & CRO**: Develop and execute strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and on-site conversion rates.
- **Content & Copywriting**: Write compelling, high-performing content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
- **Website Management**: Oversee design, UX optimization, and performance enhancements.
- **Paid Advertising**: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- **AI & Automation**: Leverage GPTs, advanced prompt engineering, and AI tools to streamline workflows, create content, and analyze data.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track KPIs, generate insights, and continuously optimize marketing performance.

**Qualifications**
- **Strong technical skills** with website management tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- **AI fluency** — hands-on experience with GPTs, prompt engineering, and marketing automation.
- **Data-driven mindset** with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics.
- Excellent **communication skills** — must be super-fluent in English (written and spoken).
- **Project management skills** and ability to juggle multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
