**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
- Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
- Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
- Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
- Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
- Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
- Expedite open purchase orders with our suppliers;
- Support logistic agents with the completion of slides and documentation for vendor PMR;
- Help with other related tasks;

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You are enrolled in a bachelor program in business administration, or another related field;
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
- Virtual & on site
