This position reports to the Logistics Control Tower Superintendent and provides trade compliance support to the

AirLife departments involved in the transportation and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.

This position collaborates with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service and supply chain teams.

Position qualifications:
The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, abilities, level of education and experience in logistics, distribution, trade compliance areas and

successful performance.

**Knowledge**:

- Possess a Growth Mindset - embraces challenges, seeks opportunities for growth, finds lessons and inspiration from others is required.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft and data management tools.
- Experience across warehousing and logistics - Transportation, Distribution and Trade Compliance.

- Cross-functional knowledge throughout the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing and supply, transportation and trade compliance).
- Detail oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and with limited direct supervision.
- Able to communicate with the different levels of the organization and suppliers effectively.
- Strong customer orientation and customer service delivery.
- Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Multilingual (Spanish & English)

**Level of Experience**:

- Analytical and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Advanced level)
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS Business Warehouse preferred
- Knowledge of trade compliance and border crossing operations
