**Summary**

**Key Skills**
- Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing customized workflow automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate (Flow), and/or related RPA automation platforms.
- Partners and consults with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize HR processes suitable for automation.
- Prepares and facilitates process design sessions related to robotics process, validates rules and reports, captures business process requirements and design.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of deployed RPA bots, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conducts testing of solution/workflows on leading platforms, as well as conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure error-free automation and optimal performance.
- Provides demos, training, and guidance to end-users on how to use and interact with solutions effectively.
- Creates detailed technical documentation, including process documentation, design specifications, security documentation and user guides for solutions.
- Continuously researches and stays abreast of automation trends, best practices, and market solutions.
- Manages to project timelines; assesses risks and change controls, and clearly communicates status updates and delays during the execution of solutions.

**Education**
- Degree and/or equivalent experience in technology or related IT field.
