Sub-Función: Abastecimientos - Otros Servicios

Propósito del rol: Responsable de la adquisición, negociación y gestión del suministro de materiales de empaque para satisfacer las necesidades de producción y operación. Este rol implica construir relaciones sólidas con proveedores, garantizar opciones rentables para el negocio, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y sostenibilidad, así como optimizar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecutar la estrategia de procurement para materiales de empaque primarios en Heineken México.
- Coordinar proyectos de desarrollos de materiales con stakeholders internos, tales como: Producción, Planeación, R&D/QA y Marketing. Esta persona debe estar orientada a los detalles, llevará a cabo funciones de procurement esenciales y mantendrá archivos y bases de datos del universo de materiales secundarios, para su posterior análisis.
- Actúa como el principal punto de contacto de los proveedores en el equipo de Procurement para todas las compras de Empaque primario diario (Lara, Botella, Hermetapa, etiquetas, entre otros).
- Garantiza el cumplimiento de los contratos para la adquisición de materiales y servicios a través de proveedores contratados, asegurando la distribución de materiales obtenidos acorde al proceso de licitación.

**Requisitos**:

- Educación: Ingeniero industrial, administracion, negocios internacionales o carrera afín con titulo universitario
- Años de Experiência: 2-3 años de experiência en abastecimiento de materiales directos.
- Ingles Avanzado
- Otras Habilidades: Excel intermedio, SAP y Power BI (Deseable)
- Experiência en otras áreas: Producción, Planeación, Logística, Compras
- Competencias Funcionales: Experiência en gestión de proyectos, licitaciones y contratos
- Key Leadership expectations: Habilidades de Negociación
