**TECBU Digital Analytics Specialist**

We started TECBU in 2018 in Calgary, Canada, and we have grown fast, while getting a lot of expertise in different areas and are looking for professionals who are at least 80% proficient in the English language, are passionate about digital marketing, and know how to do work that generates results without excuses.

This opportunity is for you if you can demonstrate knowledge, abilities and results by developing marketing strategies based on the analysis of data, numbers, and behavior on statistical and measurement platforms. If you understand in good detail how these platforms work and you feel comfortable with Google - Facebook Analytics.

Your responsibilities will be to clearly understand the target market of our clients in Canada/UK/USA/Ireland and report campaign performance as well as results efforts on a monthly basis, along with constantly propose improvements and suggestions for optimization. All work, reports and activities will be carried out in English. To be successful in this role, you must have the desire for learning every day and humility to receive feedback, exercise your own judgment, know how to work as a team, and respect cultural and social differences in a diverse environment. You are required to have an attitude that things can be done and the ambition to grow without limits while improving the results of your work.

**Terms**:

- Weekly hours. Project-based. (actively involved, hours tracked and monitored)
- You must be available 40 hours a week during regular business hours in central US/Canada Time Zone
- Our work is 100% remote -work from home
- with your own devices, (we do not provide computers/gadgets to work) you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a strong Internet connection and the objectives are met.
