Design user-centric experiences for new KeObra products / services, as well as monitor existing products / services for continuous improvement implementation by doing user-centric research and KPI analysis.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Accompaniment to the user research team in the design and analysis of usability tests (tree testing, card sorting, moderated and unmoderated tests).
- Prototyping in Adobe XD
- Collaboration with development teams to provide inputs and guidelines for implementation of workflows and details of expected behavior of the tool in accordance with best practices.
- Measurement of the user experience through monitoring in analytics and Hotjar for the continuous improvement of the digital product based on a user-centered perspective (UCD).

**Position Challenges**:
Propose and execute research plans that allow generating new products, as well as improving existing ones.

Presentation of findings and proposal of strategies

Deirable skills for prototyping and wireframing

Desirable knowledge in html and css.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in interview development, requirements analysis

Definition of User persona and journey map

Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

Design methodologies, Design thinking, Design sprint

KPI behavior analysis

Navigation flow design, information architecture

Design of prototypes in low, medium, and high Fidelity.

Degree in Design, computer systems, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering and related careers.
