Quality Assurance is a key function to drive this obsession forward. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** As a Partner Quality Assurance, your core responsibility will be to audit and provide feedback on our team's execution of its key functions. You will provide ongoing and regular feedback on the performance of all team members, working with Managers to provide coaching opportunities and identify areas of opportunity. In addition, you may assist Managers with determining a team member's ability to be successful in their function when performance issues arise.
