Team Overview:
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Sales & Planning Specialist** to join our Commercial Team. This role is key to ensuring our sales execution is aligned with the company’s strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Role Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commercial Strategy Alignment**: Work closely with the commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with the overall business strategy;
- **Sales Planning**: Develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets;
- **Performance Tracking**: Build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results;
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well-supported;
- **Market & Business Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks;
- **Process Improvement**: Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within the commercial area;
- **Partner & Client Support**: Provide data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.

Role Qualifications:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus);
- 4 - 6 years of experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, or business analysis (experience in FMCG, retail, or tech industry preferred);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment;
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
