El Generalista de Recursos Humanos reporta al Gerente de Recursos Humanos y da soporte directamente al Gerente de planta en la gestión de personal para el área, la promoción de la seguridad y de un entorno organizacional sano.
- Realiza reclutamiento de personal operativo.
- Da soporte y atención a las necesidades del personal.
- Promueve y coordina eventos motivacionales con el personal.
- Vigila el cumplimiento de los métricos del área como índices de permanencia, ausentismo.
- Participa activamente en auditorías e inspecciones en temas relacionados a Recursos Humanos.
Experiência y requisitos
- Carrera profesional.
- Experiência en Recursos Humanos de al menos 4 años.
- Bilingüe.
- Amplio conocimiento en la LFT.
- Experiência en un entorno de manufactura.
- Uso intermedio de herramientas de ofimática (MS Excel, MS PP).
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Experiência en gestión administrativa.
