**Job Summary**
- ** Work in partnership with Trends & Foresight lead on trends spotting process.**
- ** Drive opportunity identification for H1 innovation.**
- ** Ensure the right cultural insights and the right learnings feed the innovation process from opportunity identification upto concept validation**
- ** Own 5W’s framework and ensure its discipline as strategic foundation for innovation development.**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Contribute with Trends and Foresight agenda to ensure a common trends backbone inform and inspire innovation process**
- ** Lead bundle testing & learnings from early idea/product evaluation up to concept validation**:

- ** Concept/Claims Tests**
- ** New Product Tests (New formulae, FTG)**
- ** Price positioning**
- ** Pack Tests**
- ** Volumetrics**
- ** Support local innovation insights initiatives by ensuring local teams follow innovation testing guidelines and sharing learnings that avoid committing to unnecessary research.**
- ** Lead meta learning discipline to elevate concept/product/pack development capabilities with the innovation team.**
- ** Work in close partnership with Technology Insights to ensure teamwork avoids duplication and inefficiencies.**
- ** Leverage foresight to lead people centric innovation opportunities for the region.**
- ** Own and manage innovation insights budget at a category level**
- ** Drive metalearning to nurture concept development.**

**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**
- ** Major in: Math/statistics, Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology**
- ** Fluent english (critical)**
- ** Experience in research in CPG ideal, Tech/Digitally centered companies also preferred (ie Facebook/Google), and research agencies.**
- ** Evident digital capabilities for research**
- ** Experience in innovation.**
- ** Design thinking experience.**
- ** Position will be based in Mexico City**
