**We are looking for the best talent for the **PROCESS ENGINEER I** position that will be located in Juarez.**

**JOB RESUME**

Reports to the Engineering Manager, identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the products and continue with the culture of continuous improvement comprehended in the strategy of BWI.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identifies, designs, and develops the necessary equipment.
- Performs material tests.
- Studies the processes to implement improvements.
- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
- Assists technicians and engineers with unusual problems.
- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environmental requirements.
- Performs activities of process/product validation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISION ENGINEERS 1 AND 2**: Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- B.S. Engineering degree or M.S. Engineering degree
- Generally, requires (0-2) years related experience
- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of product and process design and development, materials, standardization science and applied statistics
- Knowledge of project management and cost analysis preferred
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet analysis, data management, projects management, presentation graphics, engineering analysis and statistical software.
- Knowledge of information systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Systems & Documentation Control Systems.
- This position will be performed in a clean room production-controlled environment and office areas.
- Must be capable of standing for moderate periods of time and sitting on a desk in front of a computer.
- Regular use of clean room tools, as well as office tools, is necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
