This role will be part of an exciting journey, pivotal to driving our strategic vision forward You will play a crucial role in the Strategy & Planning team, unlocking new growth opportunities crafting the trajectory of our fast-paced, global U4B unit. This is a high-visibility role as your insights will echo throughout the entire organization. From untangling sophisticated problems to pushing the boundaries of data-driven possibilities, you will be turning insights into action and powering our business forward. This is an outstanding chance to create a tangible impact while working on groundbreaking technology and innovation.
**What you'll do**:
- Collaborate with various teams to identify key business opportunities and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Leverage large and sophisticated datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for U4B.
- Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards for key business metrics.
- Communicate findings clearly and optimally to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams. Continuously learn new tools and systems to develop data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor junior team members, encouraging a culture of growth and development.
**What you'll need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in tech and/or consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data sampling techniques.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python is a nice to have.
- Experience with sophisticated statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Previous experience in a strategic role where you had to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead data-driven projects and communicate the results of sophisticated analyses in a clear and effective manner.
- Familiarity with the technology or transportation industry, especially in a B2B context.
