**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Provides support in reporting, planning, and analysis of project finances. The position will also be responsible for improving current processes as well as developing techniques to drive efficiencies. Coordinates monthly/quarterly financial close; including preparation of journal entries and financial reports. Assists with detailed analysis of actual financial results against plan, forecast, and prior year. Coordinates periodic financial reviews of strategic projects with the execution team to ensure proper financial forecasting and tracking of multiple projects within Global Operations. Assists with the development of a robust financial risk assessment process and actively maintains a financial risk register for all opportunities and costs related to strategic programs. Partners with the strategic manufacturing team to provide financial analysis to support transfer-related activities. Makes recommendations on process improvements and reporting improvements. Develops and maintain standard templates and jobs. Performs any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related career, MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus, preferable. 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and/or Financial Analysis, preferable. Fluent in English. SAP and Hyperion Financial Management is strongly preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
