**About the Role**

The Sales Operations team is a centralized support team responsible for sales operations and administrative activities. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you engage in activities such as accounts receivable tracking, updating pricing in systems, initiating manual billing requests, and administration of customer portals. You act as an extension of an Account Manager and their customer-focused team.

**What You Will Do**
- Data Management in SAP and other tools (pricing data based on price agreements, plan prices and others)
- Support to calculate and post sales-related accruals, i.e. APRs/claims, buy-ins-, tooling
- and engineering amortization
- Responsibility for compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support and cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Support to provide the Management Team/Organization with regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Participate in departmental improvement projects
- Support to prepare and tracking of non-standard invoice requests
- Support of accounts receivable tracking, claims management and customer communication
- Various types of sales administration tasks like user access, customer portal management and special reporting

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills/Intermediate advanced

**Bonus Points if You Have**
- Previous experience in controlling or sales support function at an automotive supplier
- Experience/Knowledge in ERP systems: SAP FI/CO (SAP BW/IBP nice to have)
- Experience of 1+ years of relevant experience in a controlling or sales support function
- Tenacious but professional approach. Flexible with a high degree of determination and perseverance
