About the job:
What you will do:
- Build long standing relationships and network with top talent mostly in Mexico and Colombia
- Serve as a full life cycle talent advisor to understand business needs and underlying talent strategies to hire technical and business roles
Create and launch a regular stream of innovative marketing campaigns for select talent communities
- Market and sell the Red Hat's message in a compelling way to top talent
- Effectively deploy drip marketing to key talent pipelines
- Develop and maintain relevant networks in your recruitment areas
- Use analytical, data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results
- Develop the Red Hat employment brand in the external marketplace
- Cultivate and advocate the Red Hat associate referral program
Understand and monitor our competition and be able to report market recruitment trends
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience working in talent acquisition with a passion for recruiting excellence
- 3+ years of experience working in the IT industry; focus in software is a plus
- Experience with a variety of interviewing techniques, particularly in competency-based interviewing
- Previous experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn
- Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective drip marketing campaigns to select talent communities
- Excellent business insight and success in presenting a company business model
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire people with a consultative approach
- Fluent language skills in English
