Web Application Sr. Analyst

The Engineer Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks. **Responsibilities**: - Contribute to the budgetary requirement definition for assigned product area, develop functional specifications, and create project plans and software release schedules Ensure requirements/tasks from technology departments and/or end users are communicated to stakeholders - Provide solutions and processes in accordance with audit initiatives and requirements and consult with Business Information Security officers (BISOs) and TISOs - Exhibit in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles - Assist with training activities and mentor junior team members**Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Project Management experience - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices - Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative - Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Nível de inglés intermedio. - Licenciatura o ingeniería negociable respecto a experiência profesional. - Experiência como Analista desarrollador en un nível interpretativo de especificaciones técnicas a equipos de desarrollo y QA. - Experiência como Líder Técnico / Analista en desarrollos de aplicaciones web y mobile, deseable. - Desirable, knowledge and experience in the implementation with the Banamex protocol (SA2 / STD2). Preferably, knowledge of the design and implementation of the Macro TCP Server (C145_000), to provide L3 support as well as maintenance and troubleshooting. - Serve as a facilitator in the integration of the Cybersecurity work teams with the technology and business teams of Citibanamex. - Provide technical services for L3 support, as well as carry out optimizations / improvements and resolution of detected problems. - Attention of contingencies On Demand to different areas and business teams. - Participation in Understanding / Clarification Sessions for end users, technology teams and different business areas. - Generation of procedures and installation guides. - Review and follow up on the Compliance processes in CSI, CTC, CVMP, CAMP, SN. - Participate in the annual exercises DRP, COB TEST (Stand Alone), B2Bs for CCTV Alarm and Monitoring Systems, ADMWIN, COMDR, Platino, CitiATM and S253, netMATRIX. - Support for interventions and updates of the Unisys and Tandem mainframe platforms. - Generation of REQs, attention of INCs and release of CHGs in DEV, UAT, PROD-COB environments. - Desirable have knowledge of Citi security standards and policies, as well as Cybersecurity technological standards to be able to advise business projects on the required security solutions. - Have experience in programming languages C, Java. - Skills for self-training to learn about new technologies - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Systems & Engineering - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
