As an IT / Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the company’s IT and technology needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other technology-focused positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skills required.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, coding challenges, or practical tests as required by the role.
- Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT/technical roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, DevOps, data analytics, cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced english and spanish.
