We are currently seeking a Salesforce Sr Analyst to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Objective**: We are requesting the allocation of an IT Specialist/Analyst to support our Salesforce platform. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce system to meet organizational needs and objectives.
- ** Position**: IT Specialist/Analyst
- ** Primary Responsibility**: To provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and customization.
- ** Key Duties**:

- Administer and manage the Salesforce platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.
- Provide user support and training for Salesforce functionalities.
- Customize Salesforce to align with business processes.
- Develop and implement workflows, custom objects, fields, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill Salesforce-related requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
- ** Qualifications: +5 years**
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist/Analyst with a focus on Salesforce support.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, customization, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce (preferred).

**Justification**: The addition of this role will ensure that our Salesforce platform operates efficiently and effectively, supporting the strategic goals of our organization. This specialist will address technical issues promptly, minimize downtime, and enhance user experience, leading to improved productivity and satisfaction across departments.
