**Core Responsibilities**:

- Serve as first point of contact for HR customer inquiries via various intake channels such as phone and chat.
- Learn and utilize knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve HR customer inquiries within Service Level Agreements.
- Process data changes in HR systems.
- Process org management transactions.
- Administer and process new hire information.
- Reporting; generation, validation and analysis
- Assist IGS HR Operations Team by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Business/Administration, Psychology.
- High level of Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- B1 level of English proficiency or higher and studying
