- Foster a positive and collaborative classroom where students can work together to solve complex problems.
- Manage and maintain robotics equipment and lab resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various robotics platforms (e.g., VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino).
- Strong knowledge of high school STEM curricula.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable.
