**Site Solar Manager **(Presencial - San Pedro Garza García)
- En D. Catcher estamos buscando talento para una empresa emergente de generación de energía distribuida en proyectos a nível comercial e industrial.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestión y supervisión de las operaciones técnicas en el sitio de la instalación.
- Supervisar y garantizar que todas las actividades técnicas en el sitio se realicen de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad, normativos, seguridad y eficiencia.
- Coordinación con el Equipo de Proyecto garantizando que se cumplan los objetivos y tiempos establecidos.
- Comunicación con el personal técnico del cliente final para abordar aspectos específicos del proyecto.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los contratistas EPC asignados al proyecto y se comunica directamente con ellos para asegurar la alineación de las actividades técnicas.
- Realizar informes de seguridad, avances técnicos, problemas identificados y cualquier detalle relevante para la gestión del proyecto.
- Mantener amplia comunicación con el PM, Director de Proyectos y departamentos internos.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en energía renovable, ingeniería en desarrollo sustentable o carreras afines.
- Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y atención al detalle.
- Excelente manejo de Microsoft Office. Deseable manejo de MS Project
- Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y bajo presión.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escrita como oral.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Pasión por crecer en la industria de generación distribuida fotovoltaica.
- Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos (preferiblemente en el sector de generación distribuida).
- Disponibilidad para aprender y adaptarse a las constantes evoluciones de la industria.
- Con actitud positiva, ganas de aprender y crecer dentro de la organización.
- Conocimientos en almacenamiento de energía (deseable).
