**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Convert raw assets provided by our clients into rich media ad and web page executions
- Translate requirements, graphic designs and specifications into working ads and web pages using the core technologies used by the clients
- Develop Banner Ads and web pages using your design and development skills
- Gather all assets, such as storyboards, PSDs, fonts and other pertinent information from Customer
- As necessary, resize iterations in the event that assets and PSDs are unavailable for that particular size
- Resize and/or revise rich media ad units; transform web pages to mobile-friendly sizes
- Decide on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented on a specific platform
- Ensure that all units sent to clients are 100% functional and up to specs, testing specifically for:
- Standard/Customer Specifications and Best Practices
- Visual Design and Animation
- Functionality and Performance
- Platform/Cross Browser functionality at different resolutions, and fixing errors when necessary
- Evaluate Customer needs and requirements to create solutions for functionality not readily available within Customer's platform
- Handle technical support for custom functionality and animation
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or the equivalent
- Knowledge of Adobe Animate / XD / AS2 / AS3 and HTML5 / JS / CSS is required
- Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Design and Layout is required; After Effects, Premiere, and/or back-end / web development would be a great plus
- Effective communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills and keen eyes for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet rigid deadlines
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
