**Overview**:
The Head of HR Country is responsible for steering and constantly improving the efficiency and quality of HR at country level by establishing common country strategy and standards.

Works closely with the Country Leadership Team (if applicable) to support the achievement of organizational and country goals through the development, implementation, and management of HR activities.

Ensure compliance with country specific laws & regulations

Coordinates mid-term and long-term workforce planning activities at country level; provide input to and direction for country HR strategy and priority setting.

Steers and constantly improves core HR processes: Employer Branding & Recruiting (e.g. talent attraction programs, recruiting process), Compensation & Benefits (e.g. alignment of job grading), Talent Management and Organizational Development, HR Development (e.g. implementation of group wide tools and activities, development programs, succession planning, cross moves), HR reporting, Labor Relations and Health & Safety management. Detailed accountabilities defined in the corresponding HR governance models.

Manages direct and functional reports in country (e.g. Head of HR Operations, Location HR Heads).

Support location/business management in staffing of Location HR head functions.

**Qualifications**:
