We are currently seeking a P6 EPPM Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

**Title**: Application Analyst (P6 / EPPM)

**Required Services**:

- ** Server Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of Primavera P6 servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- ** Database Management**: Manage Oracle databases associated with Primavera P6, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup, and recovery to ensure data integrity and security.
- ** Upgrades and Installations**: Lead the installation of new versions of Primavera P6 and its components, including testing and deployment, to ensure up-to-date technology and features.
- ** Training and Consultation**: Offer guidance and training to end-users on Primavera P6 features and best practices, enhancing user competence and productivity.
- ** Incident Management**: Respond to and resolve incidents related to Primavera P6 and Oracle databases, documenting solutions and improving preventive measures.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Generate reports on system performance, utilization, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) to inform management decisions.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Profound knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of Primavera P6 EPPM and its architecture.

**Certifications: (preferred)**
- Oracle Database Certification.
- Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Certified Implementation Specialist.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.

**Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST
